Yandex.Metro
Metro journey planner.The app does not require an internet connection so you can use it on the go. Quickly navigate the metro systems of Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Kiev, Kharkiv and Minsk. Get an estimation of your journey time and even find out which carriage to sit in to avoid lengthy walks to the other end of the platform.
The Yandex.Metro app offers the following features:

- estimated journey times;
- "Podorojnik" ticket refill (St. Petersburg only);
- If you are a proud owner of Samsung's Galaxy Nexus, Google Nexus S, HTC One X or Sony Xperia S supporting NFC, you can also use the app to see how many trips you have left on your metro pass in Moscow.

- Удобная программа! В свое время пользовался версией под J2ME, на андроиде очень не хватало. В отличие от большинства бесплатных программ, карта в актуальном состоянии, интерфейс приятный и простой в использовании, программа не лезет в интернет. Как уже было сказано в других обзорах, выбирать станции не очень удобно, было бы здорово, если можно было выбирать станцию джойстиком (как в J2ME версии) или как на виртуальной клавиатуре - выводить выбираемую станцию во время нажатия на экран пальцем.
- Just got back from Moscow, and am totally amazed at how brilliant the app is. Easy to use just set start & finish stations which then provides the route to take, where to change trains and time of journey. I highly recommend anyone travelling to Moscow tries it. Only addition that would make it better would be other language support. Thankyou for making my weekend break more enjoyable
- This is the only app I actually used in my visit to Moscow. It was incredibly useful in helping me navigate the line changes to get from station to station. I don't speak Russian, but with a little Cyrillic you can identify the stations in the app - also important as the stations and station signage is only in Russian.
- Программа прекрасно справляется задачами, возлагаемыми на неё. Особенно нравится подсветка синим станции, около которой я нахожусь (видимо, по местоположению),а также индикация вагона, ближайшего к переходу/выходу на конечной станции.
- Для всех городов, кроме Минска - очень полезно и удобно, для Минска есть пара прекрасных программ, ещё и с расписанием движения всех видов транспорта.
- Пора обновить программу, станцию Парк Культуры открыли! Маршруты строит не верно.
- The best app for Moscow subway. It even advice you which carriage to jump in.
- Бесспорно лучший навигатор по метро. Достойных аналогов нет.
