Wordsmith Free
Wordsmith is a 2 to 4 player turn-based crossword style game. The concept is simple and fun. You have a 15 by 15 tile board with bonus squares for Double Letter, Double Word, Triple Letter, and Triple Word scores. You play words with tiles in left-to-right or top-to-bottom directions and earn points. The player with the highest number of points at the end wins the game.
Wordsmith features a score preview indicator that helps you determine what scores you might get before submitting a move. A must have for any serious players.
For those with busy schedules you can play slowly or for those that want to play fast you can do that too thanks to push notifications. I must warn you, this game is addicting!

- It is fun and it keeps me connected to my sister in KS. We plan each other almost everyday and use the chat feature to share day to day happenings. I have it installed on both my Android and Kindle. I can switch devices while continuing the same game(s). I like that I am alerted when a play has been made or when I have a new chat message on my Android. I don't get these alerts on my Kindle, hmm, maybe this is something I need to figure out how to program.
- I thoroughly enjoy playing scrabble in the Wordsmith format. The chat feature is now easier to access and share comments with your opponents. Good job!
- Game is very competitive...you must know words. You only get 3 tries per turn....i play this game for hours..
