VITEK EH DVR Viewer (Lite)
The VITEK EH DVR Viewer is a remote DVR viewing application for VITEK EH Series DVR's.
To view a live demo
- Install the VITEK EH Series DVR Viewer App for Android.
- Once installed, open the VITEK EH Series DVR Viewer App and press the "+" symbol in the upper righthand corner
- Enter a friendly name for the app (i.e. VITEK VT-EH Demo) and press Save
- Enter the following info in the "IP and Ports" screen:
IP Address: 12.232.164.148
HTTP Port: 8100
RTSP Port: 5401
Press Save
- Enter the login info on the "ID and Password" screen:
ID: DEMO
Password: 1234
- The ID is case sensitive and is in ALL CAPS.
Press Save
A PRO version is also available and offers all the features of the Lite (free) version PLUS:
- PTZ Control
- Search
- Playback of recorded video
- Remote DVR setup
- Screen capture (snapshot)
Permissions
- full network access
- read phone status and identity
- modify or delete the contents of your USB storage
- draw over other apps
- modify secure system settings
- view Wi-Fi connections
- view network connections
- test access to protected storage

- If your having a problem connecting but it works fine wifi or on the browser it's your RTSP port change it from 554 to something else on the DVR and in your phone. Oh don't forget to change it in your router too. I noticed Vitek is sending them out with 5554 now and their tech on the phone said to use 5400 cause it's easy to remember. The one thing I would like to see is a tablet version that has quick keys for the cameras at the bottom with full screen or quad view.
