Total Knee Replacement
Regular exercise to restore your knee mobility and strength and a gradual return to everyday activities are important for your full recovery. For patients to expect a good result from knee replacement surgery, they must be an active rehab participant. This app consists of 30 animated exercises which also includes gait training, stair climbing and transfers into the car which help you to return back to previous functional level. These exercises are demonstrated in detail, so that you can easily understand and perform them.
