- The gameplay is solid, graphics are adorable and endearing, control is more or less spot on and the game is, most importantly, fun. It's easy to ignore a game's good physics system, but They Need to Be Fed's physics are easy to rely on and well-done. It does remind me a lot of Super Mario Galaxy's 2D portions, but the inspiration from that platformer has manifested itself in a game which stands very well on its own. I can't wait to see more levels.
- The only game I've ever actively rated, this deserves nothing but a 5. The design is so smooth and flawless. You move between levels quickly and the gameplay is so fun it had me laughing out of joy while playing on the bus. I really love this game. Cool music too.
- The game is really fun, challenging, neat, and simple, but the game lil bit blurry on qHD (in this case, HTC Sensation) display. I've read that this game also blurry on SGS II display. Is this resolution problem? Please make the graphics better.
- I don't normally play many games on my phone, but this is so addictive I keep coming back to it. New things gradually get introduced making you want to keep playing just to see what happens next.
- But powered through the levels too fast.. Y levels are challenging and make you want to smash your phone sometimes, but you should make x and z levels if you know what I mean ;)
- Everything is just excellent. The music, the sound effects, the gameplay, the graphics, the humor, the surprising and unique bonus X & Y levels, the growing difficulty.
- Great little platformer. Stupidly simple controls, a wide variety of levels with increasing difficulty, and continued support from the developer. What more do you need?
- Cute graphics, interesting gameplay, and really simple but effective controls. One of the best mobile games I've played, and easily the best mobile platformer.
- This does figure in my top 10 android game apps to have, plus I got it at the crazy discounted price of half a dollar so that's money well spent.
- Although there are very small optimizations issues with frame drop but it plays well and definitly worth the money i bought it for nice work.
