MightyText's different from messsging apps such as messageme, viber, KakaoTalk, zlango, lango, WhatsApp, WeChat, Nimbuzz because we sync directly w the SMS inbox.
Apps like Avast & Lookout will give a warning about our app - this is because we send SMS on your behalf. You can safely use MightyText as we never send SMS on your behalf without you explicitly hitting send.

- I hate having to always stop and use my phone to send a text. This is a very easy to use solution that syncs with your phone to follow your text threads from your desktop without missing a beat when you are back to just your phone. That it's free is even better. Other solutions I looked at did not have the sync feature (or it didn't work) or they charged. Only thing I would like to see different is a smaller downloadable screen gadget (like Pandora One) instead of having to leave a web page open to the Mighty Text web app.
- Basic functionality--- I am satisfied with what it gives me so far. I am sure it does a lot more than I need, I am not sure it can also sync with the google voice app on the phone but that would be nice as well. --- but I sync my google voice with my native msg app so it is all there, therefore it all should be on the mighty text, well.. except today when some issue has been preventing the txts through google voice reach my native msg app. Fabulous!
- because I got tired of limited MMS and saving people's forwarding numbers. Ugh. This app is amazing and I don't mind that my phone has to be on. It's either on the charger or in my pocket or hands all the time anyway. Texting from my PC is far more convenient. Excellent work. I WOULD like the option to download all my messages, or pay a subscription or one time charge to back my messages up indefinitely. Other than that, GREAT JOB!
- Started using Might Text when it was different name. Then tried iPhone for a year. No Mighty Text ;-( Now back to Mighty Text. This is the single best app I've ever used on a mobile device. I hate typing out text messages. With adding "dial phone" and "battery Usage" - icing on the cake? How can we tip you? Is there a tip jar? I'm serious about tipping. How can we send you tip?
- The way that this app works is just amazing. I can't find any way to hate it. I'm using it with my TMO GS3 on 4.2.1 and it's just amazing. The PowerView UI was thought out pretty well thought I would like to see where else they could go with this. Personally, I like the option of being able to choose through multiple UI's and if there was a desktop App for this, I would use that.
- This app is great. I tend to leave my phone lying around on silent no where near me, so being able to see who texts me and who is calling me on my desktop (on which i'm often near when i'm home) is great. Not only can I see who is texting me and calling me, but responding without having to find my phone is also great. This app works great and is worth the download.
- I was a Google Voice user on Sprint but went to a prepaid plan when I got a Nexus 4. I loved being able to text from any device and MightyText has filled those and then some. MMS, inline call log, syncing messages perfectly between phone,tablet and chrome is amazing. Looks better than GV and the app for tablets is soo much better than the GV app.
- Great app! Works perfect and on my home wifi i get a popup on my pc screen faster then my cell plays a notification tone! Amazing! My only problem is if i send more then 1 text worth of characters at once the message wont split it and it sends as an MMS on my phone which no one ever receives, but that may be a fault of my phone as well.
- I was looking for a simple way to back-up SMS-es from my phone and I stumbled across this app. It's completely free and has a ton of features. The best moment was when I've opened the web app and realized that I can see all my previous messages AND my phone's battery. It's nice to see people overdelivering
