This app allows teachers / coaches / professors to take attendance and maintain a gradebook plus much more. The ability to send text messages and emails to notify parents or students concerning attendance and grades is implemented. Great way to keep in contact with students and parents.

Send requests to developer if you are interested in giving feedback about translation as much of it is done by google translate, so isn't always accurate.
I am a San Francisco high school teacher who was not happy with the teacher apps available so I taught myself how to make Android apps. I welcome any feedback or suggestions as I am continuously improving the app. The app is designed around the US school system but I've tried to be flexible in making it work internationally. If you have any suggestions that would make it work better for your system let me know and I'll see if I can incorporate it into the app.

- In my district, parent contact is required for every single zero in the system, either by phone or by email. This app will allow me to instantly email every parent of a student who is missing a specific assignment as soon as the grades are entered; this includes assessing student work in class without the need for them to turn it in! Although it will take some time to set up, this will surely beat manually sending a stock email to each parent as the year moves along. Obviously, there are many other ways I will benefit, but this was EXACTLY what I was looking for. My thanks go to the developer(s) of this app, and the helpful voice who helped clarify this issue via email almost instantly before I bought it.
- I teach middle school (grades 6,7,8) Phys. Ed., Health, and Dance. I am using this app on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 for all 3 subject areas, tracking attendance and assessment. It takes a bit of time to set up class lists and weightings for assessments. Once set up, though, the app is a breeze to use. Grade calculation, adding notes to students daily performance, and accessing student progress reports are very valuable tools. This is an excellent app that I can see myself using for a long time. Also excellent service from Glen. Any question I've had has been answered immediately.
- This is the first grading program I've seen for a handheld device that's actually useful. UPDATE I've used the app over 3 months now. It allows students to get instant marks feedback, adjustments done on the spot, regular parent contact. Student notes, bathroom visits, and attendance show up in the progress reports to parents. As a result, many poor work habits mysteriously improve! Parents and students love it (except the ones who will try almost anything to avoid school work!) Also great app support!
- My second year using this app and I just keep finding it making my teaching life easier and easier. Absolutely brilliant. Register, recording comments and mark scores and allowing immediate contact with student or parent via mobile or email. I feel I'm on top of everything again :) App is amazing, I have been concerned about data protection act as I don't understand how this is different to keeping my notes but the law needs to catch up with technology a bit quicker. Service from Glen outstanding!!
- This program is going to make parent communication a breeze. I love the idea of sending out instant communication to parents about missing assignments and class observations. Our new county gradebook is so weak in that area because it has no email function. This will fill in the gap...and I don't need to be sitting at a computer. I like the bathroom visit tracking and attendance. Customer service is almost instantaneous. Thanks so much.
- I cannot understand some of the comments here. It is clear this divides opinion. Sure, it may not be the most user friendly and I cannot see this replacing the db markbook I use completely, but maybe for test scores or practice exam paper scores though, but there is more than enough good stuff here to make it usefull. I particularly like the ' bathroom' counter. Download the lite version and make up your own mind is my advice
- This app is fantastic. I've used it since September and can't imagine going back to a paper grade book. I'm still finding features I haven't used yet. It might be 5 starts anyway, but the developer constantly updates and tweaks things based on user input. Other teachers are jealous when I use this. Especially those iPad fans.
- Great app! I love the fact that this does basically the same things that our school software does, but in an easier to manage platform. I've only been using it for one day, but love it so far. I can't think of any improvements, but I'll keep you posted. - Droid Razr Maxx

- This is by far the best app I have to support my teaching and that is saying a lot as I have some cool apps For assessment, behavior and attendance it is so easy to use Like class cards on steroids
