- after seeing the screen-shots I thought.... hmm this looks like it has as much depth as a sheet of tracing paper but.... not so. my first 5 minutes "I'll try it and see" turned in to an hour long enjoyable run through the stars :) just remember kids good graphics does not mean good game-play. this game is an example of that with Simple 2d graphic but game-play all the way fantastic.
- I thought I'd give this a try as I was bored at 6pm. Looked at the clock and realised it was almost 3 in the morning! I've lost so much time to this awesome game it's not funny! It looked as shallow as a footballers wife when I looked at the screenshots, but DO NOT judge this book by it's cover! I am so buying the full version! (says a lot since I don't like to pay for anything)
- If you like space traders such as Elite, the X series, Master of Orion, Space Rangers, or even EVE, you should get this game. It has depth, especially with the faction relations and trading, and it has some good oldschool difficulty. I've already spent many hours on a few different characters. Be warned, though, you're never too far from losing your money/life and going broke.
- Although you have to work really hard to unlock what few things are available to non elite players, the game has a high replay value, and its the kinda game that, no matter how many hours you crunch into it and make your character uber sweet, you never get good enough to not die. The game remains just as difficult on day one as it does on day twenty
- To be quite honest, I make a habit of avoiding games which chiefly have screenshots of menus, and as such avoided this game. But after dragging my weary smartphone through the lost list of pure crap "RPGs", I came to this and, with nothing else to do, played it. So five words: That just bru my mind.
- I expected a very flat game, but Star Traders is more in depth then I thought. Very worth downloading. Plus I plan on buying the full version as soon as money permits
- I don't play games on my phone... except for this one. It's fun, it can be easy or hard. Cool graphics. Officers with personality. Adventure! Rocks.
