SLW Gps Widget
A (s)imple, (l)ight(w)eight gps widget. It shows Latitude, altitude(as soon there is a GPS fix available) and Longitude in the top line. Accuracy, satellites used for gps fix / total visible satellites in the bottom line. No ads. 100% fat free. Only 36 Kb small so it won't eat up your device storage space. Start and Stop the gps scan by pressing the widget. (It is also a button). You should be in the open air to use it. The first Numbers you will see pretty fast after activation is your coarse location provided by your mobile network (AGPS). The GPS Location is displayed once you see the counter in the satellite display going up.
Don't forget to push to stop it when you don't need it, gps drains your battery.
This is a widget so you need to drop it on your homescreen it is not an app.
If you like more of those simple, lightweight widgets which only ask you for the permissions they realy need and don't fill up you phone with Megabytes of data even if they need to do only a small job then check the other SLW widgets:

- Macht was es soll mit minimalen Rechten. Vorschlag: um zu unterscheiden, ob man das Widget aktiv und somit aktuelle Daten sieht oder nicht, könnte man das Widget mit verschiedenen Hintergrundfarben ausstatten.

- Ich habe lange nach einem Tool gesucht, das Mi beim Wechseln der Applikationen die GPS-Verbindung aufrecht erhält. Diese Widget macht das ganz hervorragend. Ein 1-Platz-Widget wäre der 6. Stern.
