- I love logic, and as a result, I often try to track the claims within a theory by seeing how they relate to one another. Simple MindMap is incredibly easy to use and allows you to build webs of ideas quickly. It also has a note function, which gives you the ability to add a description to any particular node of your web. What's more is that these can be exported into an outline format along with your nodes as the headlines. Factor into this that the dev seems to continue to care about his program, updating it frequently and responding to e-mails in a timely manner, and you're in good hands.
- Excellent user interface, works very well on both tablet and phone. No extra clicks or taps, creating mindmaps is simple and easy. Also excellent dropbox support.. My only gripe is the licensing model of the desktop version (tied to computer instead of, like this android version, to user). But giving the android version a lower score because of a problem with the desktop license would bw kind of unfair. This really is an excellent piece of software! No other mindmapper ive tried on the android or ios platforms come close.
- I was looking for a mind mapping app on android, which supported Dropbox, and SimpleMind was exactly what I was looking for. I reported a bug to the developer. He answered very quickly. And it was fixed in two days. I'm using it to write my next book. I had many text files for each chapter. And now I can organize them visually using mindmaps. This is delightful. A big thank you for this great app !
- I have always been a sceptical about the whole mind mapping approach. I was pointed to Simple Mind by a colleague and had my arm twisted to give it a go; loved it. I've tried a couple of other packages but this works very well and I use it most days for note taking. Definite recommendation.
- Easy to use, excellent export capabilities, and extremely intuitive. This is the best medium for "pouring out your brain". I use it on a daily basis and wonder how I got by before discovering this marvellous little app. A+, would buy again in a heartbeat.
- it works as I expected to be. easy sharing with drop box, can read my .mm files and can export it again to other format so I can open it with other mind mapping software in my pc. auto arrange and coloring is nice worthed to use the paid version
- The best, fastest, and easiest to use mind mapping app on smartphone and tablet. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I could enter info in the phone version. I'm used to working on mind maps on very large displays. Buy it!
- I took a while to go pro because I honestly did not believe this app could get any better. Every feature it did I was like, "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO WAAAAAAAAAAAAY." This app is my best friend. You must own this app.
- As a visual thinker, I like mind/concept map note-taking apps better than outline/spreadsheet type ones. That said, this is a very good example of the former. The best, actually. Very high-quality app.
- I write epic fantasy stories and this app is great for capturing brain storming sessions as well as letting me keep my time line straight and clustering events to build my story structure.
