Sense Flip Clock & Weather
A full featured, fully customizable digital clock and weather forecast widget
The widget features the following:
- 3 widget sizes, 4x1, 4x2 and 5x2 (for Galaxy Note)
- Flip animation
- 12 skins to choose from
- 5 weather icon skins
- Portrait or landscape mode
- 12 or 24 hour clock with date
- Display the current week number
- Current location (city, country) taken automatically from cell/wifi or GPS, or specified by the user
- Weather conditions for current location (condition and temperature, low and high temperatures and weather icon)
- Detailed weather forecast display including the following:
- Local time
- Sunrise and sunset time for current location
- Humidity and wind conditions
- Current condition, temperature and low and high temperatures
- Current condition icon
- Last weather update time
- 4 day weather forecast
- World weather: Choose to display weather information for any number of different locations worldwide. Just select your favorite locations and you will immediately have updated weather and time information.
- Refresh location or weather by tapping on the widget
- Launch up to four different applications by tapping different widget hotspots (everything is user defined)
The widget can be fully customized with the following options:
- Choose the widget and weather icon skins
- Choose the text color for the am/pm indicator, date, location, current weather condition, current temperature and hi/lo temperatures
- Display 12 or 24 hour time with optional AM/PM indicator (if 12 hour format)
- Beep every hour (optional)
- Select the date display format
- Display a manually selected location's time instead of phone's time
- Use current location to display weather info or specify any location you want
- Get location updates from the network (cell/WiFi) or your GPS
- Display temperature values in Celsius or Fahrenheit
- Optionally display the next alarm
- Select automatic weather refresh period (15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 hours)
- Enter your favorite world locations to watch local times (including sunset and sunrize), current weather conditions and weather forecast information
- Update weather on WiFi and/or GPRS
- Choose whether you want to update while roaming or not
- Play notification sounds on location and weather changes and updates
- Select what application to launch when tapping the hours
- Launch more applications by tapping the weekday or month
- Optionally display the battery level
- Specify how to receive location updates (how often and for how much distance)
- Select alternate weather forecast service

- This is a widget, not an application. To install it please refer to the help display when you run it. There is also a link to a video that shows you how to install it.
- If you are using a task killer exclude the widget from it

- Developers should inform supporters that the app should be uninstalled and then reinstalled for the new update to work properly! Lost my settings, but I'll live. Still the best flip clock weather app out there. Disappointed that you can no longer choose between Google and MSN as weather servers. You are forced to use MSN and it's temps/hi/lows are often way off. Google was right on. Cheers!
- I've used this clock for a while, basically ever since I started using Android. The recent patches kinda messed up the weather update function but the last update should be to toted as the developers masterpiece. All of my bugs fixed and running butter smooth. - meine Uhr davor war langweilig, mein Wetter wurde falsch und dan auch noch mit sehr ungenauem Ort angezeigt (min. 30 km Distanz) jetzt läuft alles klasse! sehr schnelle Wetteraktualisierungen, alles aktuell, Ort wird sehr genau angezeigt und sieht auch noch spitze aus! :) sehr zu empfehlen - Galaxy Ace
- The new updates made it useless.. so what I did was forced stopped it, cleared data and cache and reset phone added widget back and bam, works again weather updates and icons change when refreshed. Samsung Galaxy S III
- This developer is very prompt and responsive to problems. In less than one day the issue I e-mailed about was fixed. If you have a probe, e-mail its description instead of just bashing the app.
- Make sure you force stop AND clear data before you take the widget off your home screen and re-add it. Then it goes back to working flawlessly. Great app.
