- I really like setting my phone on alpha wave and just letting my brain connect with it. It improves my quality of sleep and is surprisingly soothing.The part that tracks your sleep cycle doesn't work very well, but I anticipated that so I gave it 5 stars!
- Love it so much had trouble getting to sleep before but now no problems thanks to a fire and a light guitar in the background. Also if u put the phone upside down and put it as close to your pillow as possible work better
