- This is the perfect tool for my house hunt. It lets me easily sort through houses in very specific area, plus it gives school info and ratings. I save a list of my favorites and email it to my agent. I also love the button that emails me when the price drops! I wish this app gave a longer pricing and tax history, but overall an excellently designed, great user experience!
- Nice and simple just adjust your location and how much you want to spend and search away, no hassle with reality agents setting up appointment you could just drive bye and and see the property and see if it some you would be intrested in, saves you ahead ache so when you go into any reality office you already no what you got in mind
- I love that Redfin sends an email to confirm your agent has contacted you in a timely manner. I like that you can read all reviews on agents as well as lenders, even bad reviews are included. I talked to my realtors, The ATM team, they were great & showed me a house the next day. I'm very impressed so far.
- I used to be a heavy user of Zillow, that's until i found out about RedFin. Don't let the name fool you. This it's by far the best real estate tool I've had to use. Extremely user friendly, only bad thing if I may say is that mobile app has less features than full web site, understandably. I love it!!!!!!!!
- Integrates seamlessly with the website and so far had all the key features that I use most often on the full website. This is my first time writing ANY review here if that's any indicator. I heard that ziprealty ceo has joined this company. Loaded with data. Very professionally done too. Good job devs!!
- So much easier to use than all the others. You put properties as favorites or X them out. Keep a list, then drive around with the gps on. This is my main tool while home shopping, I'm finding out about property updates at the same time as my realtor.
- The combination of intelligent data and clean interface makes this app a must have for both buyers and sellers. The innovative map display immediately shows you what is out there without going through long lists style displays.
- Simple and intuitive search/filter features with map view. I easily set an alert to receive emails on properties that meet my criteria. See listings days before they hit Zillow.
- I used the other 3 apps before finding Redfin. I like Redfin the most because the data is fast, updated, and more detailed.
- This app is very good of showing relevant houses nearby and has the photos are larger and crisper than Zillow or Trulia.
