Common Questions/Answers for Poweramp v2.x:

Q. My songs are missing from folders/library.

A. Please ensure you have all your folders with music actually checked in Poweramp Settings => Folders and Library => Music Folders.

Your original Android Library is not changed, nor any files deleted.

Poweramp library is a separate, completely independent library. When you installed Poweramp 2.0, it just got filled with the files scanned from your sd card/other flash memory, as specified in Music Folders.

Q. Volume too low. Volume changes weirdly. Other volume issues.

A. Try to disable Direct Volume Control in Poweramp Settings => Audio => Advanced Tweaks.

Poweramp 2.x uses Direct Volume Control by default on 2.3+ mid-to-high end devices. On stock ROMs this produces much better audio output. But many custom/buggy ROMs, while supporting DVC, can fail with it.

Wollte auch einen player der sich vor meinen lockscreen klinkt damit ich nicht jedes mal meinen Pin eingeben muss um ein anderes Lied zu machen....das macht Poweramp perfekt! Mit sehr schönem lockscreen inklusive Datums- und uhrzeitanzeige! Hab Poweramp über die Hersteller Seite gekauft per paypal. Einziger Mangel: während zb whatsapp schreiben hängt die Wiedergabe teilweise paar millisekunden. Bitte nachbessern!!! Sonst Top!
  • es auf Tablets auch genauso gut funktioniert, besonders wegen den Widgets. Die 4 €uro waren eine gute investition, auch wenn desöfteren Befehlsignorationen, starke Performence Fehler und stottern bei der Musikwiedergabe zu vermerken sind. Könnte aber auch auf mein Gerät mit dem 600 Mhz Prozessor zurückzuführen sein. Trotzdem klare KAUFEMPFEHLUNG! Am besten ist eh die Funktion, dass man Equilaizer auf Verschiedene Ausgabegeräte fetlegen kann. Echt durchdacht!
  • So muss eine App sein. Zuerst kann man sie intensiv testen und sich von der Qualität und den wirklich tollen Funktionen überzeugen. Ich habe den Preis gerne bezahlt. Sie ist jeden Cent wert. Wenn man jetzt noch ein Lied gleichzeitig in mehrere Wiedergabelisten einfügen könnte und diese auch noch woanders verwenden könnte, wäre diese App perfekt! !!!!   • This app is the bomb! I love it. I downloaded it onto my Samsung mp3 player & it plays awesome. What I like most about this player is the fact that even when you turn the player off, it starts off on the exact same song, exactly where it stopped before shut down. This feature is important for me because I just put all my 8GB music or so on shuffle.
  • Super brilliant app with tons of options. I only have a tiny quibble and that is that it can make a crackling sound when something else makes a sound, like for instance, when you're playing a game and wanna listen to music at the same time. Other music players don't do this. If you could fix that then this app would be perfect.

It was a hard choice between this and player pro. The only thing this is missing is the exit option in menu. Bottom line this player is as good as it gets.

The equalizer is very well made, and thanks to this I can keep the stock earbuds and I don't have to buy a new set. Well done on this app, definitely buying the full version.
  • This Player is amazing.... It looks amazing cosmetically. Does everything I want it to do plus more, but I have to constantly rescan my folders to listen to my albums..... They keep erasing for some reason. Same with my play lists. Goodness.... Fix this!
  • There is no other way to explain how this app makes music sound so good. Makes my factory Samsung ear buds sound as good as some $200 headphones. It boosts the highs and lows perfectly without blowing them out. Simply the best.
