“ODF” is the format used by office suites like OpenOffice and LibreOffice. Text documents (.odt), as well as spreadsheets (.ods) and presentations (.odp) are supported, including support for formatting and embedded images. Password-protected documents are no problem either.
For the time being, OpenDocument Reader does NOT support editing your documents. This feature may or may not become available at some point in the future.

This app is open-source. We are not affiliated with OpenOffice, LibreOffice or similar.

- While the actual usefulness if this app is slightly limited, it serves it's intended purpose well. Plus the intro document made it well worth the money($0). I may just have to pull your source code(thank you gpl) just to see how you did it. Keep up the good work, but don't worry, I won't send you any cookies.
- It would be nice to be able to bookmark a specific page. When reading an ebook that has 300+ pages and the pages are not numbered, it creates a problem finding your place again. So a bookmark feature would be nice. Bookmark page 256. and perhaps the 2nd paragraph :)
- I use openoffice on my PC. Just installed DropBox on PC and Android tab, but in Android got "viewer not available" when trying to view files in DropBox. Thinkfree Office and Docs-to-Go didn't work, but this one works fine. Great product. Thanks to developers.
- Thanks for the great FREE app guys, it does exactly what it says on the tin!! I wanted to view a odt file on my phone, installed your app then went back to my email and there it was ready to read - perfect and uncomplicated - thanks :)

- Still using a pre-2.0 version and it works wonderfully for my purposes. I'm intrigued by the new release, but won't update if the ads aren't optional.
- I have used this on my phone as well as on Samsung Tab 10.1. It works great. It wouldbe really nice if there is an for editing odt & ods files.
- This is great! I have a birthday list four columns and 244 rows. Opened from DropBox and can read it on my Droid X. Did I say I like it? 8>)
- I got an Open Office document in dropbox and it kept telling me to download an app to open it. I found this little gem in the Play Store.
- So what it doesn't allow changes to documents? Its a free app for free software guys; no ones "entitled" to this were lucky to have it
