Nightwatch: Call Blocker
Peaceful sleep and only awoken by people who matter to you!
Nightwatch allows only a specific whitelist of people to contact you.
Tired of being woken up by incoming calls/SMS and notifications like calendar reminder or battery full charged, but don't want to miss a important call or SMS?
FEATURE
» Whitelist - allows only those persons to contact you (all others will remain silent)
» Check both incoming calls and SMS
» Automatic start/stop when external power has been connected/disconnected
» Automatic launch of the alarm clock
» No extra battery usage - will not run any background services
» The device sound mode will be restored to the last current mode (NORMAL, SILENT or VIBRATE), when Nightwatch stopped
USAGE
- Set stop time of Nightwatch
- Click on Whitelist to view/add persons, who are allowed to contact you
- Choose whether Nightwatch should check incoming Calls and SMS, only Calls or only SMS
- Choose if the alarm clock should be launched when starting Nightwatch
- Choose if Nightwatch should start/stop automatically, when external power has been connected/disconnected to your device
- Choose if Nightwatch should show notifications. E.g. when Nightwatch started, stopped or allowed incoming call/SMS
Sleep tight while Nightwatch is watching!

- I have tried many items like this, and although some do work they don't work like this one does. I love the fact that it has a white list and the calls and sms go through only on the whitelist which the others don't do. It is easy to choose the callers to go on the whitelist. The only thing that would make this perfect would be to be able to schedule the times as optional and also perhaps to link it with the silent button like phone silencer does where you can choose to turn back on time. These incorporated would make this the ultimate app for me. Many thanks for developing this. I am so glad I found It.
- Works just as advertised. Looking forward to some updates though to include having the last device sound mode restored to it's state before switching Nightwatch on. Maybe a setting can be added in the settings so the user can choose what state (Mute, Vibrate, or Sound) the device will set to once Nightwatch stops. All together a great app though!!
- I have tried several apps like this before I used this one. None of them were as easy to use or as reliable as this one. I have not had a single problem with this app since its installation. The only upgrade I would recommend it a screen dimmer.
- I've been using this app for about 6 months without a problem. My dad has medical problems and occasionally needs help in the night. Its nice to have an app that alerts me to when he's calling but doesn't wake me up when others call me. Thanks!
- I used this app on my original Moto Droid and have been looking for it for awhile. Glad I was finally able to download to my upgraded phone as I haven't found an app that works as well as this one. Keep up the good work.
