- To the people complaining that their refunds were received after the estimated timeframe: use some common sense. Once you've e-filed and Intuit has transmitted it to the IRS and state government, Intuit has no control on how quickly the IRS and state government review and approve your submission. Perhaps you input conflicting info which required additional review. In my experience my state refund usually takes 2 business days and FED return is received shortly thereafter. Great product, nice app.
- I don't see myself walking into a brick-and-mortar tax preparer again for a very long time. Only wish I'd started using the software sooner. One gripe though: improve the resolution of the welcome screen! It's too grainy for such a high quality app.
- Nice application. It's much better than trying to call IRS hotline or checking IRS website that never seems to give you a date and keeps asking you to try a week later.now I have a basic idea of when to expect my money!!!!!
- The same moment I revived my email notification the app reminded me of it's previous installation. The state of my refund was accurate as well. ~ droid charge.
- This app not only keeps track of your returns, but letscyou know when big brother accepted them. Also when it was deposited or withdrawn from your account. Love this app.
- SENT MY RETURN THROUGH TURBO TAX AND WITHIN AN HOUR RECEIVE ACCEPTANCE FOR MY TAXES. 8 DAYS AND I WILL GET MY REFUND DEPOSITED TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. AMAZING!
- Makes it dead simple to find your due money. Have used Intuit for the last 3 years and have not had one issue. You can't do much better.
- The tax prep online worked great with my Samsung Galaxy tablet without an app. For checking my refund status, the app worked perfectly.
- once u email saying it's been accepted wait 72hours after email simple and told me est delivery date awesome took 45sec
- The ape does want I wanted it to do. But turbotax deluxe overall was easy even for a first time use like me.
