Would you like to be able to perform hundred pushups, two hundred sit-ups or something else?
This is the all-in-one app helping you reach your individual goal of consecutive repetition for any exercise.
You set your own goal and an automated workout schedule generator will create a workout program designed for your individual goal, based on your current level of fitness. Keep in mind that it is more difficult for a fit person to improve his/her physical capacity further compared to a beginner. So the more fit you tell the app that you are, the longer the generated schedule will be.

- Через 15 лет перерыва решил начать заниматься. Подтягивания, пресс, отжимания, гантели. Прога просто стимулирует быстрее выполнить упражнение - хочется роста мышц!! И тут через 4 урока я посмотрел в зеркало на себя!!! Йес!!!! Я вернулся в свои 15 лет по телосложению!! Респект!!
- Только вот не пойму... когда вбиваешь Сгенерировать программу: там пункт "мой текущий уровень подготовки" и если выбрать типа Хороший уровень - он рассчитывает программу на 7 недель, а если Плохой то на 2 недели... может я чего не понимаю? =)

- Works great, is great. Wish you had more flexibility when automatically generating multi-week programs. Manual setup for multi week programs is a pain
- Contains a number of different exercises, however, there is no way of creating a routine using them all - you have to set up each one individually
- For those of us who don't live at the gym, but want to be just a little more fit. I also like how you can add your own exercises.
