After 4.2 new Jelly Bean, The protection level definition of CHANGE_CONFIGURATION has been changed.
If you're able to use development tools, you can grant the permission manually by 'pm' command.
If you have SuperUser privilege on your device. MoreLocale 2 could get the permission automatically.
You can select more locales via this app.
If your locale doesn't appear, please use custom locale function in menu.

- Used this because of phone number formatting. Flashed CleanROM which came default in US locale, so when dialling a phone number, exDialer automatically formats it like so: (xxx) xxx-xxxx. That's confusing and inconvenient since I live in Asia. Adding a Custom Locale made everything perfect within a minute. - HTC One XL
- Sice jsem až tak nepotřeboval v mobilu češtinu, ale zprávy z UK mi nebyly až tak blízko, takže touto změnou mám i české zprávy. K mému překvapení jsou přeloženy skoro všechny věci v mobilu, který jinak češtinu vůbec nezná.

- Excellent. I got malayalam locale. Kerala users go custom locale and type code ml and country IN . Im able to read facebook in malayalam now. Thanks alot..
- It switches over most things to the language I want, it works very well, the only problem is for some reason when I'm using it my GPS doesn't work right
- Does exactly what It promises , and has nice features to help you do it right. UI could use some love, but all in all this app is excellent!
