Locale Cell Plug-in
A condition plug-in for Locale v1.0(+)
It allows you to trigger location conditions based on GSM-cells. Using no WLAN or GPS saves battery while beeing much more precise then Locale's cell positioning at least in cities.
Note: GSM (NOT CDMA) required!
