Learn Guitar Notes Free
Learn Guitar Notes helps you learn what notes lie on the frets of the guitar. It is a very useful tool for every aspiring guitarist.
There are three modes
"Guess the note" - tell what note is highlighted on the fretboard.
"Find the note" - find the shown note.
"Find all frets" - find all the positions for a given note.
There are options to change the tuning as well as choose what notes you want to be included. Statistics like correct answers and average time taken to answer correctly are tracked, so that you can see your own progress.
If you are unsure what notes are where, you can always use the "show notes" option to familiarize yourself with the fretboard.

- Great app for learning the notes on a guitar. I suggest using the method of turning off all the notes and then learning where all the C notes are.. then turn on F and learn those too. Then turn on B then turn on E. Then turn on D then G and finally A. This app combined with this method and 20 minutes a day will have you knowing the note locations quickly. Plus printing off paper charts is awkward

- Awesome app! I use this to get a quick practice in during commercial breaks while watching tv. I expect I will not use it much after I memorize all the notes, but it is an awesome trainer for now.
