KSWEB: server + PHP + MySQL
KSLabs team wants to bring to your attention KSWEB – a suite of web developer for Android platform. It consists of: a web server, a PHP programming language, a database MySQL and msmtp for sendmail support. This suite allows you to organize a platform for running and debugging Web applications (sites) in your Android device and You don't need a root access to run KSWEB. Otherwise, you can start your web server on 80 port. A user friendly interface of KSWeb and our online support leads you to realization of all your web projects. This software is shareware. You have a trial period of 5 days.

- PHP v5.4.11 (with OpenSSL support)

- msmtp v1.4.30

Operating our application is very simple. In order to start the server you only need to run our application, select, if necessary, port and the root directory. By default, KSWEB contains a fully functional configuration file of the server, PHP and MySQL. However, if you want to change them, go to the server options and click on the item “INI Files”. Configuration files will be moved to SD-card of your device at “…/sdcard/ksweb/ini/”.

- Sowohl PHP als auch MySQL funktionieren wunderbar und ich habe bislang keine Fehler entdeckt. Nur PhpMyAdmin finde ich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Und zwar scroll ich mir horizontal nen Ast um von den Tabellenspalten bis zu den Button zu kommen. Ob das ein Installations- oder Umsetzungsfehler ist vermag ich nicht zu sagen. Ich habe mich damit noch nicht weiter beschäftigt, da ich PhpMyAdmin nicht mag (auch nicht auf dem Desktop). Auf dem Tab nutze ich diese App in Zusammenarbeit mit Webmaster's HTML Editor und dem ES Datei Explorer.

Das einzige kleine Manko was das system hat, ist die fehlerhafte Anzeige der im WLAN registrierten IP Adresse (HTX One X). Wenn man sie aber über Umwege heraus gefunden hat, kann man die Sites auch vom Rechner aus erreichen. Hoffe auf ein Update und weitere kleine Features...

- Nachdem ich über die App selbst für (nur) 3$ den Kauf "vervollständigt" habe, startete nach dem Restart der App ein kompletter Server mit PHP 5.4.4 und MySQL. PHPMyAdmin in den /sdcard/htdocs rein, DB angelegt und die Wordpress-Installation durchgeführt. Wordpress funktioniert ohne Probleme, sogar mit Permalinks. Endlich kann ich auch unterwegs mit meinem Transformer Prime entwickeln, echt eine super Sache! Danke!

- Ich habe seit Ewigkeiten nach einem PHP und MySQL -Webserver für Android gesucht. Zwischendurch habe ich auch Debian auf dem Handy ausprobiert, was aber leider ohne MySQL auskommen musste. Diese Lösung hier ist super. Mittlerweile ist auch der GD-Lib Bug beseitigt und ein MySQL Verwaltungstool mit eingebaut ( PHPMyAdmin). Wenn ich könnte würde ich 6 Sterne geben.
