Carry all the latest international and county cricket scores, ecb.co.uk cricket news, photos and videos with you wherever you go with the ECB Cricket Android application. This app allows you to follow all England matches at home and overseas, every countries' international Test and ODI fixtures, as well as your favourite county side while you are on the move.
Personalise the fixtures to get the scores from the matches and competitions you really want to follow. And get push alerts as wickets fall from the matches of your choice.
The scoreboard functionality gives you up-to-the-minute scores, plus headline information including the totals of current batsmen, number of overs bowled and the fall of the last wicket. Swipe the screen to reveal full scorecards for all innings played, and any related tweets from the @ECB_cricket official Twitter feed.
Now integrated into the News area, the video feeds give you the best of ecb.co.uk/video - with exclusive England interviews, match highlights from home international series, county features and LV= County Championship highlights of every game too. And you can also listen to weekly ECB Cricket Podcasts throughout the summer season.

- UPDATE: As others are reporting, at (most) times the app will not update the score; then a manual refresh reverts to the score from earlier on! The only solution I have found is to go in to settings>applications>manage applications>ecb and clear the cache. Less than ideal! Please sort what makes an otherwise excellent app essentially useless. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The new push notifications are brilliant, very prompt (though could benefit from customising the notification sound); the scorecard in portrait mode is a great option; stats for limited overs games are excellent; and the improved news / videos section is very fine indeed. Tables for the county championship will also be a major improvement on the old app come the summer, and the widgets are nicely done. A minor point is that I miss seeing the whole scoreboard at a glance in landscape mode, and the automatic refresh on the score seems laggier than the old version (although the manual refresh is a useful option). Otherwise brilliant.
- Very good app, have no complaints whatsoever! Gives scores for all formats of the game, galaxy s.
- Much better now on ICS / Galaxy Nexus. Scoreboard now works and I like the new design and layout.
