NOTE: As with any DOS emulator, this application needs access to the SDCARD and plenty of free memory to run. Your phone should have at least 50+MB to run DosBox properly. Copy your old DOS games onto your SD card and start playing!

To Enable Cursor/Arrow Keys
Use any 3rd party Android Input Method (Keyboard) replacement. Highly recommend the free HackersKeyboard, which supports transparency, cursor keys and Function Keys or you can try the Free 'GamePad' keyboard. With DosBox Turbo, there is no need to pay extra for virtual cursor keys and/or gamepads.

Q. Where is the settings button?? (or How can I access the settings menu)?
A. You have three easy ways of accessing the DosBox Turbo Settings Menu.
- From Landscape Mode: from close to the top margin, swipe down to show the ActionBar. From the action bar, you can access the settings menu as well as many other options.
- From Portrait Mode: The actionbar will always be visible, and you can just access the settings menu by clicking the (3 dots) at the top.
- From either Portrait or Landscape: Place your finger near the left margin and swipe right, you'll have access to the DosBox QuickMenu.

- DOSbox Turbo is great, AnDosBox sucks. End of Review! That basically sums it up and now for the expanded review for those that interested. I congratulate Fishstix for staying with their labour of love and continuing to develop this awesome emulator and now that I am moving on soon to the Note 2 I can only expect more greatness in speed increases (due to processor) and screen and I can leave this into the hands of someone who is going to continue to make this even better. As for AnDosBox, it used to be a good emulator but recent dick moves by the developer of AnDosBox against DosBox Turbo is childish and petty. I own both emus and would have like AnDosBox to have been continued to be developed like DosBox Turbo since they both had their own strengths but as it is DosBox Turbo is now the All-In-One package and add to the extra free addons to this and it really shines. I have played through Hoboken, Shannara, Legacy, AITD, UFO and I am still trying to get Fallout to run without a hitch but maybe that will happen with a new phone :P This is a terrific port and any DosBox aficionado should not miss it!!
- Extremely fast and stable, lots of features, dev is very responsive and updates frequently. Mouse emulation (both relative and absolute) works fine. Compatibility is very high, probably even higher than in the official DOSBox 0.74, because this port is based on a recent SVN. Dynamic core seems to run just as fast as in the Win32 version: I get almost the same benchmark results on my phone as on a x86 netbook with equal clock speed. The dev has posted a Doom benchmark table on the project homepage, and just for comparison: my old Galaxy S i9000, overclocked to 1.3 GHz, scores 3044 realtics (almost the same as the 1 GHz Tegra 2 ASUS Transformer TF101). That's still fast enough to play Warcraft II, Privateer and Ultima Underworld. Can't wait to get my hands on the Galaxy Note 2... :-). Highly recommended!
- Our top App purchase to date by a distance is the wonderful DosBox Turbo at just £2.49. This solitary buy has opened up a huge array of our great DOS games collection on the N7, including our all time favourite's XCom and Command & Conquer. Touch screen gameplay has been integrated into DB-Turbo enhancing the playability innumerately. Touch is not perfectly implemented yet, but with auto updates enabled this superb software is only going to improve. DB-T is a hugely recommended purchase that opens up a fantastic range of classic titles. All of which look suitably prim and proud on the N7's vibrant compact screen.
- This port works incredibly great, I'm running SimCity 2000 without any issues at all. One suggestion only: Add an on-screen button (at the top-right) to allow switching the mouse button, that is, use the left or right button, because in strategy games such as SC2000 it is essential to have the right mouse button for easy scrolling. A single on screen button that shows R or L woud be enough. Otherwise scrolling is a very complicated task. I'll be waiting for the next update and I hope this is implemented, thanks!
- I downloaded this with the hopes of getting Arena and Daggerfall running on my VZW GS3 and by God it did. It took a lot for me to figure out how to do this because there really aren't any in depth guides for it but I finally managed to do it on my own. This is easily the best Dos emulator on the market. It runs Daggerfall on the default settings and with the CPU set to ondemand, albeit a little slow. Once the CPU is set to Performance in SetCPU and you tweak a few values it runs without a hitch. Great job!!
- I came from andosbox to DOSBox Turbo and I'm finding it alot easier to use and getting MIDI support as well as a manager app for your games is quite an advantage. The manager app saves the preferences and auto executive instructions for each game. Plus the gamepad that the DOSBox Turbo company made really works well for a beta. Above all it is really great and runs daggerfall very well. I feel like I got more than my moneys worth for the price. :) also the gamepad he offers can turn into a keyboard.
- Playing XCom UFO Defense on my Galaxy S3. Runs without a hitch. Simple to set up. Mouse support is okay. Has support for direct touch for clicking on things, but I can't scroll up or down in tactical mode. Trackpad mode works well enough. I bound left / right click to volume up / down, so I have physical buttons for those. No midi support, but I'm not shedding any tears.
- This is by far one of the best apps to install on your android device. It works perfectly and allows you to relive the best gaming moments of your past - nostalgia at its best! Add to that, great support from the developer if you have any questions - 5 stars well earned.
- I like adosbox since it isn't breaking the dosbox open license, but it just isn't up to snuff. This is by far the best out of all the dosboxes on Google Play, better than andosbox (which is more) and better than the free adosbox. Nice work! Worth the 3.49$
- Nexus 7 emulates approx Pentium 75-90 MHz, tried Duke 3d runs perfect. Use with dosbox manager frontend add on (free), very convenient. Patience required initially to set up, lots of documentation on web. Well worth £2.49, hope author keeps it updated
