Before trying any exercises you see:
- Stretch
- Have water handy
- GO AT YOUR OWN PACE!! (The only reason I did it this fast was to fit in a full circuit workout as fast as possible).
- Go through the motions first and make sure you are doing it right before you focus on x of reps or you may hurt yourself or rob yourself of a proper workout.
- Have fun and be patient with yourself.
