- I have read a few negative reviews on here and decided to research further because I was concerned about hearing of money being held, My understanding is that this only happens when the criteria is met to do so, as it would happen with any other merchant services company. As long as you use your account within the terms and conditions agreed upon, you should have no problem at all. obviously if there is a transaction that causes concern Paynet would want to protect themselves as well as their clients. I have had a few correspondences with this company and they resolved anything I needed, as well as answered all my questions. I use the swipe attachment with my Verizon Rezound and it works perfect every time, and quite impressive to my clients to have the convenience. Overall, the few bad comments they have did alarm me enough to research, But overall this is definately a company that has earned my trust and I am very satisfied with the service they provide. Rest assured they are a great choice!!
- Got this app to simplify accepting cc for my mobile vending business. It works great and is simple to use. The product database isn't ideal for busy days but it's nice to keep track of particularl items I sell when I have time to scroll thru my hundreds of products. If you sell only a few products then it should be fine. The sales tax feature is handy too. Setup was easy and I love that no external power source is needed at events without electric hookups (I use an extended batt in my Incredible).Recommend!
- I am using this service for the past two years now.There are several thinks,I like about it. They updating app very often. Very good customer service . In case of changing your cell phone ,whole information of your clients or sales history, automatically transfers to your new device . In order to process credit card without swiper ,you not required to have security code or billing zip code like with square or any other apps.All you need is credit card number and expiration . No cache,no lie. Andrei.
