Contacts2Go for Autotask
If you use Autotask and are looking for a simple way to find, call, email or text your Autotask contacts from your Android device, Contacts2Go is the App for you.
This free app pulls all of the contacts in your Autotask database into your Android phone. It gives you instant access to all of your business contacts, without cluttering up your personal iPhone contact database.
But Contacts2Go works like any other Android app. Once your Autotask contacts are downloaded, you can quickly search for any contact and then call it, find it on a map, send a text message, or even send an email.
After you download this app, you'll be asked to complete a short registration form to validate your Autotask account. The app only works for people who have their own Autotask log-in credentials.
The initial download may take a few minutes depending on the size of your database and connection speed. Only basic contact information is pulled in to conserve space on your phone. After the download, access to your contacts is instant.
