- I've tried a number of different apps to track my indoor workouts with my Zephyr HxM heart rate monitor and this Cardio Training is my favorite by far. It works extremely well and is overall very reliable. I am so happy that it does not rely on GPS for anything. I usually workout indoors. There are improvements I can suggest but none of these prevent me from using the app. 1 - Track and voice announce as you enter and leave each heart zone. 2 - Provide the ability to export your workouts. 3 - Allow the workout mode to be changed on the fly. I may start on the elliptical, move to weights and go on the treadmill. 4 - Provide an alarm option when reaching your max heart rate. Thanks go to the developer for a very practical and cost effective app to use with my Zephyr HxM. I would love to see improvements but also like it just the way it is.

- Couldnt configure, was in set up now works. Will give a good try out tomorrow.... Out standing for any one who wants a screen you can see on a bright day with sun glasses. Congratulations to developer. Great for any one who is heart rate focused. Much better than others I have tried. John

- Very simple easy to use if you want to track your heart zones. Specially if you workout at gym.

- The only problem is that sometimes looses Polar sensor, when it batery gets lower then 80%
