Card Holder
The brand-new Card Holder App from Whizilent Innovations, Inc. will soon become a useful tool for everyday transactions. The app, available on the Android Market, helps you to organize various rewards cards, club membership cards, and keychain tags in your Android smartphone.
You can simply scan the cards with your smartphone at most locations, which allows you to "carry" the cards with you wherever you go in your smartphone instead of in your wallet or key chain!

- modify or delete the contents of your USB storage

- It simply works, without "forcing" you to register with some cloud service. It does all you need: it stores on your phone few card barcodes so you can use them offline - no need to kill money with data just to scan a discount card in the store. Great work in my opinion!

- Does exactly what I want... Without all the automated junk. That said I use a permission editor that denies IMEI retrieval and both wifi and packet internet.
