• This is a great app. I just installed it today on my Samsung Galaxy S III, which surprisingly does not have anything like this built in. I recently switched from a Motorola phone that did have a nice car mode. This app is far superior to that Motorola app. There are lots of options for customization and it works great in my car. I have a car dock and as soon as I put the phone in the dock, the application automatically launches by default (first time I had to choose between the default S Voice App and Car Home Ultra - easy choice). The only thing that would make this app perfect would be to add another compass widget option to show the normal cardinal direction abbreviations (N, S, E, W, NE, NW, SE, & SW) and omit the numeric compass heading. I wrote to the developer with that idea and already heard back that it will be considered for future updates.
• I have a decent commute to and from work, so I use this app daily. The layout is easy to use and the extra features of having weather, speed and even just the time in the display is fantastic. Everything has room for improvements so this could use a few. One would be the ability to back up settings. I tend to install different ROMS to try them out and each time I do I have to re-configure everything. Being able to restore those settings would be soooo nice. Second, it would be nice if features like the weather or location announcements would use the audio focus feature to dip the music volume. This way if you are listening to music and you touch the weather icon, while the weather info is being played the volume would lower so you can actually hear what is being said.
• To those taking your driving seriously with your phone, Don't leave home without it! The developer thought of EVERY POSSIBLE ease of car docking, which is feature rich, stable, and very considerate for customizations to have it your way! Customer support is excellent! He promptly helped me with a rooted phone problem. Tried other similar apps regardless of cost to which NONE can compare! As an amature programmer, congradulations on outstanding coding and being thoroughly thought out. All things considered, I would gladly pay triple the amount. Because it speaks for itself, all my friends and family are getting it. Might be a great gift idea for your loved ones who are irresponsible with their phone driving habits A MUST HAVE - GET IT NOW! BTW: did I say I like it?
• I've combined this app with on(x) so that when my phone detects my car's bluetooth, it automatically launches CarHome Ultra. I couldn't ask for a nicer looking app for my Car Home. From the useful street name that displays in the top left corner, to the compass showing my heading, I don't even launch my navigation app half the time. I have paid for and used other car home apps both on my Samsung S3 as well as other phones, and was happy with them, but this app easily outshines them in both usefulness and vibrant layout. My thanks to the authors!

• One of the best apps on my phone! Easy access to my contacts, music, and navigation while I'm in the car. The weather is a nice feature too.
