After installation you can find this app by opening the main menu -> Wallpaper -> Live wallpapers -> and then scroll to "Black Background" and set it as wallpaper.

- I like this app more than the other, traditional - single colored apps. This app allows you to see what your theme will look like against dark and light gray backgrounds as well. Other than that, I does what its supposed to and works just fine on the Galaxy Nexus. File size is smaller than taking a picture with your phone and using that as your wallpaper.
- I just wanna cuss at whoever gives it one star...its not even an app... how d heck would it not WORK?
