- I had installed this a long time ago and it automatically filled my gallery so I uninstalled it,not sure if there was a widget then or not.Now there's different sizes for widgets and I can pick and choose which images I save.Nice!Will check it out a couple days and if it works good I'll buy the donate version,been looking for something like this that works better than my current 'NASA Images' app that does basically the same thing but doesn't have a manual update,only one size widget,and is glitchy.
- I have been using this app for almost a year. I recently changed phones and this was the first app I installed! I love it because I can wake up every morning to a new picture and astronomy is a major passion of mine. I can save the pictures I really like to my SD card. Thanks for keeping this app updated!
- I love APOD and have used this app everyday for a long time. A small suggestion I have is to make it possible to scroll and manipulate the image in the app rather than having to open in the gallery. Apart from that, the automatic wallpaper update and accompanying description make this my favourite app.
- A lot of thought and effort has gone into making this app. New pics everyday and full explanations + links to further your knowledge. Thank you so much to Sam Oakley for producing this app and making it available for free!
- I like to be surprised every morning with a new amazing image from NASA. Some pictures are better suited than others, and it seems to have problem when Nasa posts videos, it has refused to update for the last two days.
- Does exactly what it says, automatic free space themed wallpapers, whats not to like? The majority of the poor reviews are by people who are too stupid to actually look at the settings page.
- Awesome. I feel so awestruck every time i look at the images. Just knowing that every atom in my body at one time or another was part of those celestial bodies blows my mind. Great app.
- Dev was quick to respond to my emailed screenshot of the white web page for info view and got the problem fixed for my Galaxy Nexus. Love the app too.
- I love a beautiful, static background that changes daily. Most pictures are lovely, though some are clunkers.
- I Love this app! Every now and again a pic won't download, but it is still one of my favorite apps.
