Agenda Widget for Android
Highly customizable homescreen widget which allows you to show calendars and tasks from various other Android applications. It comes with various preset themes and has 3 display modes (inline, icon and date row).
This is the free version of the application which is fully functional, however at the moment it does not receive feature updates (more information:
http://www.androidagendawidget.com/free-version-going-into-stasis
) unless you are using Android version 4 or greater which started out with Agenda Widget 2.0
The free version still gets bug fixes and will have some minor changes to the settings.

Scrolling is available with ADW Launcher, Launcher Pro, Go Launcher, Xperia Arv launcher and others.
Zeam has dropped scrolling launcher support, not my fault :P

- Works great on this entry-level phone! Quick to set up, easy to use. For FREE, it's quite feature rich, however, there are a few features I miss (one being that the calendar colors are only a small line on the left border - not highly visible). Overall, this does what I need: It shows me a daily agenda, allows me to scroll through several weeks of appointments, and does it accurately. One issue I'm having - I can't seem to change the text color so that it's visible over my background (when I use a transparent widget). Recently, I've noticed it has to reload the calendar every time my phone "wakes" - not a big problem, but more of a nuisance..
- I used this for a time on my HTC Amaze 4G (GB, Sense 3.0) as a way to combine my Google and Touchdown calendars. The lack of scrolling was frustrating (on busy days with mucho appointments). Now reinstalling the 8/12 version on 4.0.3 with Sense 3.6, I find it scrolls just fine. Yay! What's more, the default is pleasingly similar to the ICS/JB Calendar widget so it's not a shocking change from my Nexus 7. Well done, sir!
- This widget has been a consistent winner with me until I updated my phone to Android 4.1.2. I had to uninstall and then reinstall the app to make the event times display in anything other than GMT. All is well again.
- I spent hours making this widget look exactly perfect, and I love it! Had a really hard time finding a 2x2 widget, but I will search no more! Seamless integration with Google calendar. Highly recommended.
- Going from blackberry to the galaxy 3s I missed the calendar that would show my next 3 calendar events but this app totally fills that gap for me.!
- I've checked out a few other calenders and they are abit too messy for me. This one is really compact, which is what you want in a calender.
- I used to love this ap. But with the latest android update, the app wont work now. The screen stays blank making this widget useless....
- This widget enables me to use jorte and astrid together, otherwise I would probably have to use the awful stock s planner so thankyou.
- This is simply the best calendar widget. I don't understand why it isn't an Editor's Choice. Xperia arc and Xperia S tablet
- For a free version, I'm impressed with the amount of configurable options. Beautiful themes. Flawless on my DROID DNA 4.1.1
