A large fleet cannot be conquered just with powerful weapons - it’s very important to actively maneuver, evading enemy shots.
In order to make an exact shot you have to turn with your side to the opponent and press anywhere on the screen.
During the battle the ship almost always gets damaged. This is the tough truth of life. The damages do not impact the nautical qualities of the ship, but they can lead to the ship’s wreakage. Therefore, you have to watch to make sure the ship is always well-repaired. You can repair the ship in any closest post, not for free, of course.
A good ship costs a lot. You can make enough for it using two means:
You can rob caravans. You can sell the robbed goods at the closest island.
You can engage in peaceful trade. The price for the goods on different islands is quite a lot different. That is why most of the time peaceful trading is quite a lot more profitable than robberies.
You start the game on the easiest ship. The ship has few cannons and a small hold - it is bad for either trade or for war. Fortunately, there is a vast choice of more advanced ships on the island. You can buy them all, if you have a high enough level and enough money for it. When buying a ship pay attention to the ship’s speed, the number of cannons and the hold size.
Besides, you don’t have to buy a new ship, but you can improve the existing ship. There are three options for the improvement:
Cannons - increases the shooting range and the speed of recharge
Armor - decreases the opponent’s chances to damage the ship’s frame.
Sails - increases the speed and agility of the ship

- To shoot - tap anywhere on the screen.
- To see a map - tap on the compass.

- I really dont understand all the negativity this game is getting.. i would give it more than 5 stars..graphics is great, attacking is perfect due to the ship turning to its broadside, providing realistic naval cannon attacks, ill be waiting for age of wind 3 definitely.. thanks to the devs.. you deserve a perfect rating..and by the way, steering, attacking and everything else that works on your ship improves as your stats improve.. trust me, give it a chance and youll probably enjoy it as i do.. cheers devs
- The game plays great on the touch wheel. You start with a weak 20k boat and end with a 400k+ battleship. It takes about 3-4 days gameplay to afford the battleship class ships. It took me forever to figure out how buy different shîps. Since the game crashes a lot restart every 30 minutes and ignore the first 5 mission until you get a 120k+ ship.
- Candy=Sugar for Old John. I would like to place a marker on the map which I can see in gameplay. And a wind direction/strength metre. Great game, but longer journeys. The battles are great, unlike any other games. Well done but needs to be clearer on direction and instructions.
- Great game, relaxing music. Took a month to finish, what's next, I got the Big ship, stood it out with my first all the way. To level 12. Now reaching near level 14. Need new adventures. Hope there will be new pages added to book. New ships to fight.
- This game is fantastic! Very well done! The graphics are great and gameplay is intuitive and fun. The controls are a little goofy at first but you get used to them. Multitouch would be really useful. Great app!
- I find myself strangely addicted to this game, 2 hours went by and didn't even realize it. I like this better than sid Meier's Pirates since there's no crew constantly trying to mutiny.

- I like the new update. One thing I don't like about it is you can't fire the canons when you are truning. Beside that I love it and everything works good.
- By far best free game on smart phone I've found yet. Ending a bot weak didn't even know for sure I had completed but hours of fun on this and still will.
- Excellent game but needs more ships and battles also would be sweet if u could get off on island and walk around then it would be beast
